The Agreeableness of True Agile

Agile, amongst some circles, has become a bit of a dirty word. Even mentioning it conjures up horrifying visions of gruelling estimation sessions, sprints, and burndown charts.

But remove the reactionary feeling and Agile, as described in the manifesto, is wholly agreeable. A set of sensible principles to ensure companies put users needs first, peers collaborate effectively, and software teams develop in a sustainable way.

Agile has nothing to do with sprints, story points, planning sessions, or anything similar. Lets reclaim the terminology and push the true meaning of what it means to work in an Agile manner.
